Bronny among 78 invited to NBA draft combine

As the class of 2024 heads to college, a new rankings cycle and evaluation period begins for future classes. Hundreds of prospects will soon emerge and establish themselves in their respective classes. Much will change over the spring and summer, and we'll be there to track the performances and production every step of the way.

Below, here are 10 players in the 2025 and 2026 rankings we're keeping an eye on in the coming months.

Updated recruiting rankings: 2025, 2026 and 2027

2025

Cameron Boozer, C/PF Miami, Fla. (Columbus) | ESPN Rank: 2 | 6-foot-8, 215 pounds

Boozer continues to play the right way at a high level. His commitment to rebounding never wavers, and he throws outlet passes like Kevin Love. Boozer is a 3-point shooter and a low-post threat, and his offensive game features a blend of both, which keeps defenders off-balance. No player is more fundamentally sound, and he still has plenty of growth ahead.

Koa Peat, PF Gilbert, Ariz. (Perry) ESPN Rank: 5 | 6-7, 215 pounds

Opposing teams know when Peat is on the court. He's strong and skilled, and his drive game is beginning to look very effective. He can score through contact quite well, and his jumper is tight with touch from inside the arc. He's tough to handle as an inside threat and rebounder -- he plays smart and to win.

Brayden Burries, SG Corona, Calif. (Roosevelt) | ESPN Rank: 15 | 6-4, 185 pounds

One of the best natural scorers among his peers, Burries gets to his spot quickly and cleverly. He's a decisive scorer who creates for himself and moves well without the ball. Burries is a dynamic shot-maker with confidence and range, and he blends composure and aggressiveness on both ends.

Hudson Greer, SF Austin, Texas (Lake Travis) | ESPN Rank: 17 | 6-6, 190 pounds

Greer has worked his way up to being a five-star prospect. We've tracked Greer for a couple years, and his consistent approach, versatile offensive skill set, rebounding prowess and defensive awareness make him one of the most productive players in the class. He truly impacts winning.

Moustapha Thiam, C Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. (DME Academy) | ESPN Rank: 28 | 7-2, 220 pounds

A year older and stronger, Thiam is becoming more consistent. He competently plays in ball screens as a roller and in dribble handoff actions, which is impressive given his size. He'll be a rim-protector and finisher, but keep an eye on his shooting touch. The UCF commit could still reclassify into 2024 as well.

Niko Bundalo, PF Hudson, Ohio (Western Reserve Academy) | ESPN Rank: 29 | 6-10, 210 pounds

Bundalo is a left-handed power forward with advanced skills and a jumper to match. He has a quick second jump to finish putbacks along with a nice jump hook with his back to the basket. There aren't many players who can match his size, shooting and passing.

2026

Brandon McCoy, PG Bellflower, Calif. (St. John Bosco) ESPN Rank: 2 | 6-3, 175 pounds

McCoy's ability to control a game with his pace and poise is impressive. He shows the basketball IQ and savvy that's indicative of an experienced player. His shot selection is decisive and he makes shots at a high level. McCoy is one of the few players that could take over the No. 1 spot in our next rankings.

Jordan Smith, PG/SG Chantilly, Va. (Paul VI) | ESPN Rank: 9 | 6-2, 195 pounds

The hard-playing guard goes all-out all the time, which is rare. Smith scores in a variety of ways and takes on the challenge of guarding bigger and quicker players. He has a great blend of strength, toughness and emerging skill, along with a 6-9 wingspan. He's also an explosive, dynamic finisher and a plus defender.

Toni Bryant, PF  Tampa, Fla. (North Tampa Christian Academy) | ESPN Rank: 38 | 6-9, 205 pounds

Bryant is just scratching the surface, and we expect other scouts to quickly see what we already know. Bryant is an active post presence with the length to reject shots and rebound. He displays both a jump hook and a face-up jumper with the range to extend to the 3-point line. Bryant has taken unofficial visits to Florida, Florida State, UCF and USF.

Jon Sanderson, PG Saline, Mich. (Saline HS) | ESPN Rank: 43 | 6-2, 185 pounds

Sanderson plays a skilled and gritty game. He's a point guard who thinks about others, but he can also score with his jump shot or at the rim. His on-court maturity shines through given his combination of aggressive play, high-level shot-making and willingness to play each possession with a purpose. His club coach, Midwest Basketball's Brook Cupps, said Sanderson is very coachable and takes ownership of his mistakes.
